Can I return an Internet purchase to the store?
For your convenience, you may return your online purchase to any of our Dollar Bonanza store locations. We will gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase with Shipping Receipt or Store Receipt.
- Returns with the Shipping Receipt: All products, including Online Only products, will be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns without the Shipping Receipt: We are unable to process returns without the Shipping Receipt.
- Online Only products can be returned online for the full purchase price.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products must be unopened and in new condition.
- Returns on seasonal items such as Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving may be returned up to 7 days prior to the date of the holiday.

- All return products require a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
- To request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) simply email to: Dollarbonanzallc@gmail.com.
- Include your packing slip and return authorization form with your return. Write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: RA:123456
- All returns must be sent via a traceable method so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
